Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to help grow our cafe’s customer base, strengthen relationships with guests, and drive daily sales performance. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a natural ability to connect with people while keeping business goals in focus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and repeat guests
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the cafe team to promote menu items and special offers
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a consistently positive experience
- Track sales trends, prepare simple reports, and share insights with management
- Support marketing activities, including in-store promotions and events
- Train and guide staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good understanding of customer service principles
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and performance tracking
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
