Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to help grow our cafe’s customer base, strengthen relationships with guests, and drive daily sales performance. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a natural ability to connect with people while keeping business goals in focus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and repeat guests
  • Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with the cafe team to promote menu items and special offers
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a consistently positive experience
  • Track sales trends, prepare simple reports, and share insights with management
  • Support marketing activities, including in-store promotions and events
  • Train and guide staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good understanding of customer service principles
  • Basic knowledge of sales reporting and performance tracking
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
