Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Manager to join our cafe team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, building customer relationships, and helping a business grow through smart sales strategies and great service. You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience the cafe, while also guiding the team to meet daily and monthly sales goals in a natural, customer-friendly way.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost cafe revenue
- Build strong relationships with regular and new customers
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify improvement areas
- Train and support staff on upselling and customer engagement techniques
- Ensure the cafe maintains a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Work closely with management to set and achieve business targets
- Handle customer feedback and turn it into opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team
- Good understanding of customer service and relationship building
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sales tracking and reporting tools
- A proactive attitude with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
