Job Description

We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Manager to join our cafe team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, building customer relationships, and helping a business grow through smart sales strategies and great service. You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience the cafe, while also guiding the team to meet daily and monthly sales goals in a natural, customer-friendly way.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost cafe revenue
  • Build strong relationships with regular and new customers
  • Monitor daily sales performance and identify improvement areas
  • Train and support staff on upselling and customer engagement techniques
  • Ensure the cafe maintains a welcoming and professional atmosphere
  • Work closely with management to set and achieve business targets
  • Handle customer feedback and turn it into opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or retail management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team
  • Good understanding of customer service and relationship building
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of sales tracking and reporting tools
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
