Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between kitchen and front-of-house
• Ensure dishes are prepared correctly and presented well
• Communicate clearly with chefs and servers during service
• Monitor ticket times and maintain smooth flow of orders
• Handle special requests and resolve delays quickly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
