Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Expediter to join our restaurant team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, helping deliver orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate orders between the kitchen and service team
• Ensure food is prepared correctly, plated properly, and matches guest orders
• Organize ticket flow to maintain efficiency during busy periods
• Monitor order timing and prioritize dishes to maintain service speed
• Verify presentation and quality before dishes leave the kitchen
• Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area
• Support the kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless dining experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of food service operations and kitchen flow
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
