Expediter

If you enjoy fast-paced service and love keeping things running smoothly, this role might be for you. We’re looking for an organized, sharp-eyed Expediter to act as the link between the kitchen and front-of-house team, ensuring every dish leaves the pass perfectly timed and presented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders between kitchen and service staff
• Check dishes for accuracy, quality, and presentation
• Maintain clear communication during busy service periods
• Organize tickets and manage order flow efficiently
• Support both kitchen and waitstaff to keep service seamless

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure with a team-focused mindset
• Clear communication and quick decision-making ability
• Passion for great food and smooth service flow
