Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, organized Expediter to be the heartbeat between our kitchen and service team. If you enjoy keeping things moving smoothly and have an eye for detail, you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate food orders from kitchen to service staff efficiently

• Ensure dishes are complete, well-presented, and accurate before leaving the pass

• Communicate clearly with chefs and servers during busy periods

• Monitor ticket times and keep service flowing at the right pace

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pass area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality setting

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

• Good understanding of food presentation and timing

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
