We are looking for a sharp, energetic Expediter who thrives in a fast paced kitchen and loves being the vital link between the front and back of house. If you have a great eye for detail, move with urgency, and take pride in sending out beautifully presented plates, we would love to meet you. As our Expediter, you will be the final checkpoint before dishes reach our guests, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timing are always on point.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orders between kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely delivery

• Review completed dishes for presentation, accuracy, and portion consistency

• Communicate clearly with chefs and servers to manage ticket flow

• Organize plates and trays for efficient service

• Monitor preparation times and prioritize orders during peak periods

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the pass

• Support the kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or service role is an advantage

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy environment

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good time management and multitasking ability

• Team oriented mindset with a positive attitude
