We are looking for a sharp, organized, and energetic Expediter to be the bridge between our kitchen and front of house team. If you enjoy fast paced environments and take pride in getting the details right, you might be exactly who we need.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the service team

• Ensure all dishes are plated correctly and meet presentation standards

• Double check orders for accuracy before they leave the pass

• Communicate clearly with chefs and servers to prevent delays and mistakes

• Prioritize orders during busy periods to maintain timely service

• Assist with garnishing and final plate touches when needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant role, preferably in a similar position

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good understanding of food presentation and service standards

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly during peak hours

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
