Responsibilities:

• Roast coffee beans to achieve consistent flavor profiles.
• Monitor roasting equipment and maintain quality control.
• Blend and experiment with coffee beans to create unique roasts.
• Keep detailed records of roasting batches and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized roasting area.
• Collaborate with baristas and management to align roasting with customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coffee roasting or a strong passion for learning the craft.
• Knowledge of different coffee beans, roasting techniques, and flavor profiles.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours as needed.
