Responsibilities:

• Roast coffee beans to achieve consistent, high-quality flavors

• Monitor roasting profiles and adjust equipment as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of roasting area

• Collaborate with the barista team to align roasts with menu offerings

• Track inventory and manage coffee bean stock efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience with coffee roasting and understanding of bean origins and profiles

• Knowledge of roasting equipment and maintenance

• Attention to detail and a passion for quality coffee

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and experiment with new roasting techniques
