Security Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our restaurant team. You will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere for our guests and staff every single day.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the restaurant premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property

• Greet guests warmly while maintaining a visible security presence

• Control access points and manage crowd flow during busy periods

• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or disturbances

• Conduct routine patrols and safety checks

• Report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance concerns

• Assist with enforcing restaurant policies and safety procedures

• Work closely with management and team members to maintain a secure environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or a related role is preferred

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail

• Calm, professional demeanor with excellent conflict resolution skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Relevant security certification or license where required
