Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and driven Sales Manager to join our café team. You’ll lead our sales efforts, build customer relationships, and help our café grow while keeping the atmosphere welcoming and vibrant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Engage with customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and report on trends
