Room Service Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Room Service Attendant to join our hotel team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and take pride in excellent service, this could be a great fit. You will help deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms while ensuring presentation, accuracy, and professionalism at every step.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly

• Set up trays and trolleys neatly and professionally

• Confirm orders and ensure accuracy before delivery

• Provide courteous interaction with guests during service

• Clear used trays and service items from guest rooms and corridors

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to carry trays and move service trolleys safely

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced hospitality environment
