Job Description

A busy hotel is looking for a courteous and energetic Room Service Attendant to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy creating pleasant guest experiences, work well under pressure, and have a friendly personality, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll help deliver meals and refreshments to guest rooms while ensuring prompt and professional service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms accurately and on time
  • Set up trays and trolleys neatly before delivery
  • Communicate politely and professionally with guests
  • Pick up used trays and maintain cleanliness of service areas
  • Assist with basic guest requests and relay concerns when necessary
  • Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams for smooth service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long hours
  • Team player with strong customer service skills
