A well-established hotel is looking to welcome a courteous and detail-oriented Room Service Attendant to join its hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guest rooms with professionalism and courtesy
• Ensure all room service orders are accurately checked before delivery
• Set up and present trays and trolleys neatly and according to hotel standards
• Respond politely to guest requests and provide basic menu information when needed
• Collect used trays and room service items from guest rooms and corridors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area and equipment
• Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and service protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, respectful, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and service standards
• Good physical stamina for carrying trays and moving between floors
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented at all times
