Room Service Attendant
Job Description
There’s something special about delivering comfort right to a guest’s door. As a Room Service Attendant, you are often the final touch that turns a good hotel stay into a memorable one. If you enjoy hospitality, attention to detail, and working in a calm but fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guest rooms in a professional manner
- Ensure orders are accurate before leaving the kitchen or service area
- Set up trays and trolleys neatly and according to hotel standards
- Maintain polite and respectful communication with guests at all times
- Collect used trays and ensure timely clearance from hallways and rooms
- Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams for smooth order flow
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards consistently
- Report guest feedback, complaints, or special requests promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- A courteous, well-groomed, and professional appearance
