Job Description

There’s something special about delivering comfort right to a guest’s door. As a Room Service Attendant, you are often the final touch that turns a good hotel stay into a memorable one. If you enjoy hospitality, attention to detail, and working in a calm but fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to guest rooms in a professional manner
  • Ensure orders are accurate before leaving the kitchen or service area
  • Set up trays and trolleys neatly and according to hotel standards
  • Maintain polite and respectful communication with guests at all times
  • Collect used trays and ensure timely clearance from hallways and rooms
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams for smooth order flow
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards consistently
  • Report guest feedback, complaints, or special requests promptly

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
  • A courteous, well-groomed, and professional appearance
