We are seeking a courteous and attentive Room Service Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering food and beverages promptly, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and seamless in-room dining experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guest interaction, works well under pressure, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are accurate before leaving the kitchen or service area
• Set up trays and trolleys neatly according to hotel standards
• Respond politely to guest requests and follow special instructions
• Maintain cleanliness of service equipment and work areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams for smooth service delivery
• Collect trays and used items from guest rooms when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, courteous, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to carry trays and work efficiently on your feet for extended periods
