Room Service Attendant

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Room Service Attendant to join our hotel team. If you enjoy creating comfortable, memorable guest experiences and take pride in delivering great service, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guest rooms
• Set up trays and trolleys neatly and professionally
• Communicate clearly with guests and respond to requests
• Ensure orders are accurate and well presented
• Clear trays and maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Work closely with the kitchen and front office teams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
