Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally to guest rooms
• Set up trays and trolleys with care and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front office teams
• Ensure orders are accurate before delivery
• Clear trays and maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Provide a warm, courteous experience during every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Neat appearance and a professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
