Room Service Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Room Service Attendant to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate enjoys providing excellent guest experiences, takes pride in presentation, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring guests receive timely, accurate, and pleasant in-room dining service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Present orders neatly and ensure items match guest requests
• Set up trays and trolleys with proper arrangement and cleanliness
• Respond politely to guest inquiries and special requests
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front office to ensure smooth service flow
• Collect used trays and maintain cleanliness of service equipment
• Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and guest interaction
• Report any guest concerns or service issues to the supervisor

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A courteous, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
• Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene practices
