Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guest rooms in a professional manner
• Ensure all orders are accurate before and after delivery
• Set up trays and trolleys neatly and hygienically
• Respond politely to guest requests and follow special instructions carefully
• Collect used trays and maintain cleanliness in guest corridors when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain high standards of presentation and guest interaction at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A polite, patient, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good sense of hygiene and attention to detail
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts
• A positive approach to teamwork and guest satisfaction
