Outlet Supervisor

Job Description

A strong customer experience starts with a well-organised outlet and a team that knows how to deliver consistently. We are looking for an Outlet Supervisor to support daily operations across our cafe chain, coordinate team members, maintain service standards, and ensure every shift runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is confident, organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable taking responsibility in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure the outlet runs smoothly throughout each shift.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, breaks, and daily tasks.
• Monitor customer service and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation follows established quality and presentation standards.
• Oversee cash handling, transactions, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards throughout the cafe.
• Train and support team members on service procedures and operational expectations.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare basic operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
• Support the implementation of promotions, seasonal offers, and outlet initiatives.
• Ensure company policies and food safety procedures are followed consistently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous supervisory experience in a cafe, restaurant, retail, or customer service environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic operational records.
• Good understanding of customer service standards and daily outlet operations.
• Ability to remain organised and composed during busy periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
