A growing cafe chain is looking for a proactive and service-driven Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire team performance, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and is passionate about maintaining high operational standards across every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cafe operations and coordinate team activities.
• Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance monitoring.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance updates.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cafe, coffee shop, restaurant, or food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound understanding of customer service best practices.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
