Outlet Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one of our bar chain locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and is committed to maintaining high operational standards while creating an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bar outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance and service goals.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational standards are followed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety throughout the outlet.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate staff schedules and allocate duties to meet operational needs.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.
• Assist in achieving sales targets through excellent service and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a bar, restaurant, or similar food and beverage environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and basic inventory management.
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
