Outlet Supervisor

A busy coffee shop is looking for an experienced and motivated Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during each shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Schedule staff, allocate duties, and maintain adequate shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Assist management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues requiring management attention.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and basic reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
