A growing cafe chain is looking for a confident and motivated Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team performance, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional café experience. Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the café outlet.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during daily shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the outlet.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and operational goals.
• Work closely with management to implement company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, coffee shop, or similar food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
