Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cafe operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during each shift.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assign duties and ensure staff follow operational procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cafe, coffee shop, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining service quality.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
