Overseeing daily service flow in a busy café environment, the Outlet Supervisor ensures that guests receive consistent quality, smooth service, and a welcoming atmosphere from opening to close. This role combines hands-on leadership with operational coordination, supporting both front-line staff and management in maintaining high service standards.

Core responsibilities include:

• Supervising café staff during daily operations and service periods
• Ensuring consistent food and beverage presentation standards
• Handling customer feedback and resolving service issues promptly
• Monitoring inventory usage and reporting stock requirements
• Supporting staff training and performance development
• Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
• Coordinating opening and closing procedures

Qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or café operations in a supervisory capacity
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
