Job Description

An established coffee shop is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations, guide team performance, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction. The role blends hands-on service with supervisory responsibility, requiring a calm, observant presence and strong operational awareness during busy service hours.

Core responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily café operations and ensuring smooth opening and closing routines
• Supervising baristas and service staff to maintain service speed and quality standards
• Monitoring customer experience and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
• Managing stock usage, replenishment needs, and reporting shortages
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently upheld
• Supporting training of new staff and reinforcing service procedures
• Preparing basic operational reports for management review

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or quick-service environment in a supervisory or senior team role
• Strong understanding of customer service flow in a high-traffic setting
• Ability to lead small teams with clarity and fairness
• Good communication and basic reporting skills
