Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and support baristas and service staff during shifts
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and reduce wastage
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and quick resolution
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with shop standards
• Assist in scheduling and shift planning
• Support management with daily reports and sales updates

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior barista role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of coffee shop operations and customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
