A well-established bar is looking for a creative and customer-focused Mixologist to craft exceptional beverages and deliver memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision.
• Recommend beverages based on guests’ preferences and provide engaging drink suggestions.
• Create innovative cocktail recipes that enhance the bar’s beverage menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, workstations, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to quality and presentation standards.
• Verify the legal drinking age of guests and promote responsible alcohol service.
• Process customer orders accurately and handle payments when required.
• Work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage pairings.
• Ability to prepare drinks quickly while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new drink recipes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a busy bar environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Responsible approach to alcohol service and compliance with applicable regulations.
