Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision.
• Develop new drink recipes and seasonal beverage menus.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and provide excellent product knowledge.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared to consistent quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Verify the legal drinking age of guests and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately where required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work closely with bar staff and servers to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to create innovative drink recipes and presentations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent quality.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management.
• Professional appearance with a positive and energetic attitude.
