Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu pairings.
• Ensure all drinks are presented attractively and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients and garnishes.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and age verification procedures.
• Process orders accurately while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with stock rotation, bar setup, and end-of-shift closing duties.
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to create both classic and original drink recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.\
