Our hotel spa is seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist who is committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests relax, recover, and rejuvenate through professional therapeutic treatments. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy treatments.
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and wellness services.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation throughout the spa.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Explain treatment procedures and aftercare recommendations to guests.
• Promote spa products and services in a professional and informative manner.
• Keep accurate treatment records and report any guest concerns to the Spa Supervisor.
• Ensure massage equipment, linens, and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
• Work collaboratively with the spa and hotel teams to create a relaxing guest experience.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized training institution.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist in a hotel spa, resort, wellness centre, or luxury spa is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and body wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a courteous and welcoming attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Physical stamina to perform multiple treatments during scheduled shifts.
• Current first aid or CPR certification is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times.
