Our hotel spa provides guests with a refined environment for relaxation, wellness, and personal care. We are seeking a skilled and attentive Massage Therapist to join our spa team. The successful candidate will deliver professional massage treatments tailored to individual guest needs while maintaining exceptional service, hygiene, and treatment standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand guests’ wellness needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform a range of massage techniques safely and professionally.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before each appointment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Provide guests with appropriate aftercare and wellness recommendations.
• Monitor guest comfort throughout each treatment and adjust techniques when necessary.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and appointment details.
• Handle spa products and equipment responsibly.
• Promote additional spa treatments and services where appropriate.
• Work closely with other spa and hotel team members to create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Professional certification or recognised qualification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within a hotel spa, wellness centre, or luxury spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and basic anatomy.
• Excellent understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and professional treatment procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, courteous, and professional approach to guest service.
• Ability to assess client needs and adapt treatments accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
