Our hotel spa is looking for a skilled and personable Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities

• Provide professional massages and spa treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
• Consult with guests to understand their preferences and treatment expectations.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and hygienic treatment environment.
• Recommend suitable treatments and wellness services when appropriate.
• Monitor guest comfort throughout each session.
• Follow spa safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and manage appointments professionally.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with courtesy and discretion.
• Ensure massage equipment, linens, oils, and treatment areas are properly prepared.

Qualifications

• Professional certification or recognised training in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within a hotel, spa, resort, or wellness centre.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and basic wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, respectful, and professional approach to guest care.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform treatments safely for extended periods.
