Lounge Manager

Job Description

There’s something special about a lounge that feels alive but still perfectly controlled. We’re looking for a Lounge Manager who can bring that balance to our bar, someone who understands atmosphere as much as operations. This role is about leading the floor, shaping guest experience, and making sure every detail runs smoothly from the first drink to closing time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge and bar operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise bartenders, waitstaff, and support staff during shifts
• Maintain a welcoming, stylish, and comfortable lounge atmosphere
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of beverages and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Train and motivate team members to deliver consistent service quality
• Coordinate with management on promotions, events, and peak-hour planning

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar, lounge, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced team
• Good understanding of beverage service, cocktails, and bar operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy hours
• Basic financial awareness (cash handling, stock control, reporting)
• A professional but approachable personality that sets the tone for guests
