Our bar is looking for a confident and people-focused Lounge Manager who knows how to keep the atmosphere lively, the team organised, and guests coming back for more. If you enjoy creating great experiences, handling busy evenings with ease, and bringing positive energy to the floor, we would love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the lounge and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate lounge staff during shifts.
• Welcome guests and ensure they receive friendly, attentive service.
• Monitor seating, reservations, customer flow, and overall lounge activity.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support stock monitoring and work with the bar team to reduce waste.
• Organise staff schedules and assist with training new team members.
• Help create a fun, relaxed, and well-managed atmosphere.
• Ensure bar and lounge procedures are followed consistently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing a lounge, bar, restaurant, or similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer service and bar operations.
• Confident handling busy shifts, customer concerns, and unexpected situations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A friendly personality with the ability to keep the team motivated.
