A vibrant and stylish bar is looking for a confident and experienced Lounge Manager to take charge of daily lounge operations, create a welcoming atmosphere, and lead a team that delivers excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge and bar operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, supervise, and support bar staff, waiters, and support teams
• Ensure guests receive top-tier service and a memorable lounge experience
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and quickly
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering with suppliers
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards in the lounge area
• Develop and implement service procedures to improve efficiency
• Work closely with management on promotions, events, and lounge concepts
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bar, lounge, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good understanding of bar operations, stock control, and costing
• Ability to work in a high-energy, late-hour environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of beverage trends, cocktails, and guest service standards
• Professional, well-presented, and confident in handling guests
