A stylish, fast-paced bar is looking for a confident and service-driven Lounge Manager to oversee daily lounge operations and create an atmosphere guests want to return to. If you enjoy leading teams, elevating guest experiences, and keeping service smooth even during busy hours, this role could be a great fit. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge area to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Supervise, motivate, and support lounge staff to maintain high service standards
• Manage staff schedules, shift coordination, and daily operational flow
• Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, seating arrangements, and overall lounge presentation
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with bartenders and service teams to maintain seamless operations
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and lounge equipment to ensure smooth service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
• Support promotional activities, themed nights, and guest engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lounge management, bar supervision, hospitality, or a related role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience managing staff schedules and daily operations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and service quality
