A well-established restaurant is looking for a highly organized and motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about maintaining high food quality, ensuring kitchen efficiency, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily kitchen operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure all meals are prepared consistently and meet quality standards.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste while maintaining profitability.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure efficient kitchen coverage.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Inspect kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe standardization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and purchasing.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling staff and managing kitchen productivity.
