Job Description
A reputable hotel is seeking an HR Officer to support recruitment, staff welfare, policy implementation, and performance processes. The role involves coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting with training programs, handling workplace concerns, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection activities
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and appraisal systems
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues
- Assist in training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR experience in hospitality or service environments preferred
