Job Description
In the heart of hospitality, people are everything. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the smooth running of our hotel’s human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving workplace challenges, and ensuring staff feel supported and valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
- Support employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns professionally
- Coordinate training sessions and staff development programs
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor standards
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel documentation
- Support performance review processes and feedback systems
- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative support, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of HR practices such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and HR management systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A people-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
