Job Description

A dynamic hospitality leader is needed to oversee the daily operations of a modern hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and efficient business management. This role requires a confident decision-maker with a strong eye for service quality, operational detail, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
  • Ensure guests receive a consistently high standard of service and comfort
  • Manage staff performance, training, scheduling, and workplace coordination
  • Monitor budgets, revenue performance, and cost control strategies
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
  • Develop strategies to improve occupancy rates and overall guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets, reports, and operational planning
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced situations calmly
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems and booking operations is an advantage
  • Ability to motivate teams and maintain a positive service culture
