Hotel Manager
Job Description
A dynamic hospitality leader is needed to oversee the daily operations of a modern hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and efficient business management. This role requires a confident decision-maker with a strong eye for service quality, operational detail, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
- Ensure guests receive a consistently high standard of service and comfort
- Manage staff performance, training, scheduling, and workplace coordination
- Monitor budgets, revenue performance, and cost control strategies
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
- Develop strategies to improve occupancy rates and overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, reports, and operational planning
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced situations calmly
- Knowledge of hospitality systems and booking operations is an advantage
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain a positive service culture
