Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and support department heads and hotel staff across all operational areas.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor hotel performance, occupancy levels, and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professionalism.
• Work closely with management to develop strategies for business growth and guest retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
