Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality across all departments
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff while building a strong, motivated team culture
  • Manage budgets, occupancy rates, and overall hotel performance
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Implement policies, procedures, and safety standards in line with hospitality best practices
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Drive revenue growth through occupancy optimization and service improvement strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
  • Financial awareness including budgeting and operational cost control
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems is an added advantage
