Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality across all departments
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff while building a strong, motivated team culture
- Manage budgets, occupancy rates, and overall hotel performance
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Implement policies, procedures, and safety standards in line with hospitality best practices
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Drive revenue growth through occupancy optimization and service improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Financial awareness including budgeting and operational cost control
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management systems is an added advantage
